Due to recent updates with Apple App Store and Google Play, some users may be experiencing a verification code related issue. Block Buddy Pro recommends the following steps as first course of action. If step 1 does not work, please continue to step 2, and so on.

1. Check your regular email and junk mail for verification code message from WordPress/ Block Buddy Pro

2. Clear the app cache

Or, in the Block Buddy Pro app, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen and follow the onscreen instructions.

Within each lesson, click on the pencil icon to add a note to that lesson. To view a previously created note, click on the paper icon or search for notes under the tools category in the main menu.

– Visit myblockbuddy.com and select Sign In.

– Sign in with the same username and password used to sign in to the app.

– After signing in, select the menu on the top right and select My Account.

– Once you are in your account, you can edit your subscription under My Subscriptions.

It is important to note that all subscriptions must be canceled the day before your automatic renewal to prevent the renewal from reoccurring.

When you cancel you will continue to have access to the app until the date your current subscription ends.
